1. Who we are

Studio Verse Hub LLC, 82 Wendell Ave, Ste 100, Pittsfield, MA 01201, USA (the data controller). Email: info@studioversehub.llc. The Turkish version of this policy is also our information notice under Article 10 of Turkey's personal data law (KVKK); the Turkish version also contains the full consent text for processing outside Turkey (Açık rıza).

2. What we use

Stays on your phone

• Your profile: name (or nickname), birth date, birth time, birthplace and current city. Cities are picked from a list inside the app; we do not ask for location permission.
• Your Luna chat history. It is never stored on our servers.
• Settings such as theme, text size and notification time.

Without an account, your profile and readings stay only on your phone.

If you create an account

• From your Google account: your email address, name and Google account ID. We never see your password.
• Saved to your account: your profile, the birth details of partners you add, and the readings Luna wrote for you, so they survive a phone change.
• Credits: your balance, credits spent and added, and the packs you bought with their dates.

When you use Luna

When you ask Luna a question or request a reading, your question, the latest messages of the chat and your computed chart data (planet positions, dasha, nakshatra and similar) are sent through our server to our AI provider, and the answer comes back to your phone.

• Our server does not store the content of questions or answers. To track cost and prevent abuse it records who made a request, when, what kind, and how many units (tokens) it used.
• Our AI provider does not use this data to train its models and keeps it only for a limited period under its own policy.
• Please do not share health details, ID numbers or passwords with Luna. Luna does not answer health questions.

Usage counts

We keep daily totals of how often each screen is opened (for example "Chart opened 120 times today"), not linked to you.

Microphone and notifications

• Microphone: if you ask by voice, your phone's speech service (usually Google) turns your voice into text. We never receive audio, only the resulting text.
• Notifications: the daily summary is computed and shown on your phone; no data is sent to a server for it.

Payments

Credit purchases go through Google Play. We never see your card details; we only receive Google's confirmation of the purchase and the pack bought.

How we collect it

Electronically only: from what you enter in the app, what Google sends us when you sign in with Google, the questions you send to Luna, and purchase confirmations from Google Play.

3. Why we use it

• To provide the service (chart, account, Luna, credits): performance of our contract with you.
• Security and abuse prevention (for example, making sure the welcome credits are given only once per email address, and tracking cost): our legitimate interest.
• Processing outside Turkey (section 4): your explicit consent.

4. Where it is processed

Ay Evi's account and Luna features run on service providers whose servers are outside Turkey:

How consent is asked

• Before you create an account and before you first use Luna, the app asks separately for your explicit consent to this processing outside Turkey. The box is never pre-ticked.
• You do not have to agree. Without consent the account and Luna are not available; the chart, dasha, calendar, transits, compatibility and glossary keep working on your phone.
• You can withdraw consent at any time under Hesap ve ayarlar (Account and settings) or by deleting your account. Withdrawal does not affect earlier processing; after it, the account and Luna are switched off.

We share your data with no one other than these service providers, never sell it and never use it for advertising. We may disclose it to authorities only when the law requires it (for example, a court order).

5. How long we keep it

• Account data: while your account exists. When you delete your account it is removed from our database immediately, and from any technical backups within 30 days.
• Kept after deletion: (1) a one-way hash of your email address, used only to stop the welcome credits being given twice; your email cannot be recovered from it. (2) Usage and cost records no longer linked to your account.
• On your phone: removed when you uninstall the app or sign out.

6. Your rights

You can ask to access, correct, delete or export your data, and object to its use.

• Edit your profile in the app, and delete your account under ☰ Menu › Hesap ve ayarlar › Hesabımı sil. Details: Account deletion.
• For anything else, email info@studioversehub.llc from the address on your account, with your name and your request. Requests are free and answered within 30 days.
• You may also complain to your data protection authority (in Turkey, the Personal Data Protection Board, KVKK).

7. Sensitive personal data

We do not knowingly collect or process sensitive personal data such as health, religion or beliefs, ethnic origin, political opinions, sex life or biometric data. Your birth date, time and place are not in this category. Luna does not answer health questions. If you still write such details in a chat, the chat stays only on your phone and is not stored on our servers.

8. Cookies and tracking

• The app contains no ads, advertising ID, ad networks or third-party analytics and tracking tools.
• Our websites use no cookies.
• The app and the websites load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your device connects to Google's servers.
• The usage counts we keep are daily totals only and do not identify you (section 2).

9. Age

Ay Evi is for people aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone younger, and we delete it if we find out.

10. Security

All connections are encrypted (HTTPS). Account data is protected by row-level security rules so each user can reach only their own data. No system is perfect, but we take reasonable measures to protect your data.

11. Data breaches

If we learn that your personal data has been accessed by unauthorised people, we report it as soon as possible (within 72 hours) to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board as required by KVKK Article 12, and tell affected users by email or in the app.

12. Changes

If we update this policy we change the effective date and announce important changes in the app.
